The prices of the goods are as quoted on the website on the date the order is placed, subject only to technical error for which Futon Pacifika shall not be liable. It is unlikely, but should our system charge you any extra due to any technical error, we shall refund you immediately. Delivery CosAll published prices do not include delivery.
Please inspect the packaging before signing for delivery. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or seems to be damaged, please refuse delivery and do not sign for it. However, if, after accepting delivery and opening the packaging, you find that the product is either damaged or components are missing, you must inform us, stating the order number, immediately, or at least within 48 hours of delivery. We will organise a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

All items are made to order, and as such cannot be returned for Refund if you change your mind.
